Introduction of new specification mixer at Technical Center（EIRICH CleanLine C5）

The new optional specification：liquid cooling and heating specifications

【Comparison with conventional products】
While the conventional specification cools and heats the mixing pan by applying cold or hot air, the new optional specification enables cooling and heating by liquid media with a jacket structure.

【Advantages of the new specification】
The advantages of liquid cooling and heating lie in their ‘excellent cooling and temperature control properties’.
・The high cooling efficiency reduces the rise in product temperature, even in processes requiring high shear forces or long operation times, and ensures stable processing.
・The temperature of the treated product can be increased independently of the heat of agitation, thus increasing the choice of operating conditions.
・Relatively fine settings are also possible if you want to change the temperature in stages during the raw material processing process.

While maintaining the conventional mixer inclination mechanism and control panel integrated design, the new optional version allows the selection of either air or liquid as the cooling/heating medium for the mixing pan, depending on the purpose.
