The following process can be carried out using a single EIRICH Intensive Mixer (one-pot process):

Fibers Before Processing

Paper is used as a sample of fiber.

Fibers After Defibration

The defibration process increases the volume of the fibers.

Fibers After Pigment Mixing

After mixing with the red pigment, the fibers become uniformly colored.

    Through rotation, all raw materials in the mixing pan are continuously supplied to the rotor tool.
