Proximity to the customer is a cornerstone of the EIRICH philosophy. Setting up the OOO EIRICH Maschinentechnik Ukraine subsidiary in the commercial and industrial centre of Dnipropetrovsk in 2008 was a logical move.

From our new base in the country, we support all of our Ukrainian customers and coordinate all of our activities with our team of specialists in Moscow. The sales team in Dnipropetrovsk also provides professional advice to customers on the full range of EIRICH applications.

EIRICH has been represented in North America by its affiliate since 1956. A new facility was set up in 1993 in Gurnee, Illinois. All areas of the company are brought together at this location including Test Center, Engineering, Sales, Production and Service.

Maschinenfabrik Gustav EIRICH was founded in 1863. Originally a mill workshop, it has developed over the years into a group of companies with worldwide operations. Until today the EIRICH Group remains committed to the governing principle once pursued by its founders: "Offer the customer the best in progressive, technical achievements".
The company headquarters in Hardheim represent the strategic center with the Production, Technology, Sales and Central Services divisions. Approximately 550 people are presently employed at the Hardheim and Külsheim locations. Intensive development work in the fields of process technology, machinery and systems engineering and control technology help to create innovative products for our customers. In our own test center, new methods of preparation are investigated together with the customer, and customer-specific solutions are developed.

EIRICH France was founded in 1988. They are based in Saint-Priest from where they attend to customers in France and North Africa. Our range of services includes comprehensive advice as well as sales and service of EIRICH technologies. EIRICH France consequently also acts as a link between the French customers and our headquarters in Germany.

High-performance service
Our service section is provided with the necessary resources to perform all relevant service activities for EIRICH products, such as e.g.

• servicing
• maintenance
• handling of minor projects in connection with EIRICH machines

Our experienced specialists and competent staff members take steps to ensure the functional reliability of presently approx. 500 EIRICH machines and systems, some of which have already been in operation for more than 35 years. A well equipped workshop is available for preparatory work or measures that cannot be carried out on site.

The extensive experience of our service team enables all servicing and maintenance jobs to be implemented in an efficient and cost effective manner. At the same time, this experience provides the basis for perfectly dealing with projects for modernizing or for handling conversions of existing mixing and fine grinding systems.

EIRICH Machinery Jiangyin specializes in machines, systems and services for the foundry industry. This includes particularly

Nippon EIRICH was founded in 1974 and offers the whole performance spectrum of EIRICH preparation technology. Apart from consulting, sales, engineering, production, and service, a well equipped test center is available for technical mixing and grinding processes.

Eirich Australia was established in July 2016 in the suburb of Brisbane, Australia. It is primarily engaged in a comprehensive range of technical and commercial activities for TowerMill customers in Asia, Europe, America and Australia.

We build valuable relationships with our customers through a customer-oriented approach and provide customer support to the global mining industry. Our services range from expert advice on process optimization in the early stages of a project, to factory acceptance testing conducted to ensure the reliability of the TowerMill🄬, to supervising the installation and commissioning of the TowerMill🄬 on site, to after-sales service once the mill is operational.

We are also active in presenting technical papers on TowerMill technical information and case studies at conferences. We will continue to disseminate information that will lead to solutions to our customers' issues.

With regard to grinding tests, in 2019 we had the opportunity to cooperate with ALS, an internationally acclaimed provider of mining-related services, to install TowerMill units at their technical center located in Wangara, an industrial suburb of Perth, Western Australia, to conduct grinding tests. The results of the grinding tests allow for accurate sizing and calculations of large production machines scale-up.

EIRICH (THAILAND) is the newest Eirich group company, established in Thailand in 2022.
This company provides prompt trouble shooting and preventive maintenance services to customers in foundry and construction industries who have been using EIRICH products for many years, as well as to customers who are considering the introduction of Eirich products or updating to Eirich products in Thailand. Eirich Thailand also stocks a certain amount of the parts necessary for these operations and deliver them in a short period of time, and at the same time is active in new markets such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.

The Eirich Thailand Engineering Center has a test room, where we can carry out tests with original materials and propose process solutions to your challenges. We plan to build a solid foundation in Thailand and expand our activities to Indonesia, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian countries in the future.
